Nicoletta Scala, in her capacity as Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”), hereby informs you that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of individuals and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data and that such processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and the protection of your privacy and your rights.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the aforementioned regulations and the confidentiality obligations provided therein.
Purpose of processing
In particular, your data will be processed for purposes related to the implementation of the following requirements, relating to legislative or contractual obligations:
Purposes necessary to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court or whenever judicial authorities exercise their judicial functions;
Purpose of advanced navigation or management of personalized content;
Purposes related to the execution of a contract to which you are a party or to the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at your request, or requests for information about our products and services, or subscription to the Newsletter;

Marketing purposes
The processing of data necessary to fulfill such obligations is required for proper management of the relationship and providing such data is mandatory in order to achieve the purposes indicated above. The Data Controller also informs you that failure to provide, or incorrect provision of, any of the required information may make it impossible for the Data Controller to ensure the appropriateness of the processing itself.
Processing methods

Each processing operation takes place in compliance with the procedures required by Article 32 of GDPR 2016/679 regarding security measures.
The Data Controller will process personal data, pursuant to art. 5 GDPR 2016/679, for the time necessary to fulfill the above purposes and in any case for no longer than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for Service Purposes and for no longer than 2 years from the collection of data for Marketing Purposes.
Communication
Your data will be stored at our headquarters and will be communicated exclusively to the parties responsible for carrying out the services necessary for the proper management of the relationship, with a guarantee of protection of the rights of the data subject.
Your data will be processed exclusively by personnel expressly authorized by the Data Controller and, in particular, by the following categories of designated subjects:
Marketing Office;
Programmers and Analysts;
Customer service;
Administration, accounting office.
Your data may be communicated to third-party companies or other entities that carry out outsourcing activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as external data processors.

Your data is stored on servers located within the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, will have the right to move the servers outside the EU as well. The Association ensures that the electronic and paper processing of your Personal Data by the Recipients is carried out in compliance with the Applicable Regulations. Transfers are based on an adequacy decision on the Standard Model Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Nature of data provision and consequences of refusal
The provision of data for the purposes listed above is mandatory. Without them, we will not be able to guarantee you the Services or information you have requested.

In the blog section of this website it is possible to post comments, which will be submitted by third parties. Even though they will be manually approved, to avoid any negative repercussions for the website, each author is responsible for what they write.

Furthermore, comments will be approved, or not, at the discretion of the responsible website manager.

to obtain: i) the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of the data; ii) the erasure, anonymization or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; iii) certification that the operations referred to in items i) and ii) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected;
to object, in whole or in part: i) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if relevant to the purpose of collection; ii) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, by e-mail and/or by traditional marketing methods by telephone.
Where applicable, you also have the rights referred to in Articles 16-21 of the GDPR (Right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
